What is Raffle Gives 50/50 Raffle?
The gross proceeds of 50/50 tickets sold go into a prize pool - 50% is awarded to the winner of a random draw that occurs on the announced date, and the remaining 50% is donated to Raffle Gives.
Where and how can I buy Raffle Gives 50/50 raffle tickets?
50/50 raffle tickets can only be purchased online at www.rafflegives.com.
How much are Raffle Tickets?
Raffle tickets are priced by the “Qualified Organization.” The following is an example of possible ticket pricing:
$10 for 1 ticket
$25 for 10 tickets
$50 for 75 tickets
$75 for 150 tickets
$100 for 400 tickets
When is the winning ticket number announced?
The winning number is announced on www.rafflegives.com at a time determined by the “Qualified Organization” and executed Raffle Gives on a raffle-by-raffle basis.
Do I need to be present to win?
No, you do not need to be present to win. Winners must claim their prize within six months after the drawing date. If the prize is not claimed, the funds will be donated to Raffle Gives affiliate charities.
If I have the winning ticket, how do I claim the prize?
To claim the prize, a winner must contact Raffle Gives at support@rafflegives.com and provide proof of their winning ticket, and present the IRS form W-2 G before the claim deadline (six months after the drawing date).
Who can purchase tickets?
Other than “Ineligible Parties,” anyone 18 years old or older who purchases through www.rafflegives.com is eligible to participate in the Raffle Gives 50/50 raffle.
Who is ineligible to purchase tickets?
The following persons (“Ineligible Parties”) are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the raffle or to win any prize: employees, officers, directors, and shareholders of Raffle Gives, Love Elephants LLC, Project Wilbur LLC, or Action Gaming LLC. Immediate Family Members of ineligible parties and members of their same household (whether legally related or not) are also not eligible to participate. "Immediate Family Members" means a spouse, parent, legal guardian, grandparent, sibling, child, and grandchild of an Ineligible Party.

Drawing results will be posted at www.rafflegives.com
Are my winnings taxed?
Yes. The Potential Winner must provide Raffle Gives with all tax identification information required by federal, state, or local law. Where applicable, Raffle Gives will expect the necessary tax forms like the IRS form W-2 G. Raffle Gives may withhold a portion of any award for tax purposes and will, in such case, transfer such amounts to the respective taxing authority(ies).
